Shipping and Return Policy

*DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THE US)
Free standard shipping for orders over $50 to the contiguous 48 States. Standard shipping rates will be calculated at check out for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and international locations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All orders shipped outside of the US (with exception of EU, Canada, UK, and Australia) will be subject to Duties and Taxes. Currently shopmilf.com can ship to USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. For international order inquiries outside of those countries, please email info@shopmilf.com to assist in your order. 

Please note that the duty and sales taxes are non-refundable through MILF University. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

All orders shipped outside the US, will be subject to duties and taxes. When ordering goods from MILF University, for delivery outside of the United States of America (USA), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your delivery country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you and unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot advise what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so for further information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for shipping, longer for international orders.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
At this time we are not shipping our products to parts of Eastern Europe, Russia, Africa and Asia.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from MILF University, you may return it for a full refund** (return postage not provided). Our return policy is within 30 days of the date the order was shipped and items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags still intact. Please contact returns@shopmilf.com for details.


EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges** if request is within our 30 day policy for a different size, new item, or store credit on all orders.  Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged with original tags still intact. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to MILF University. Any item(s) purchased at regular price cannot be exchanged for the same item at its new sales price and issue a credit for the remaining difference.  Please contact exchanges@shopmilf.com for details.

DAMAGES
In the event that you received an imperfect item, please email exchanges@shopmilf.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we’ll get you a replacement. We will do our best to accommodate reports exceeding that window.
